Anime conventions could be fun events to go to, and I have been wanting to go to one for a while. However, I am afraid that because it could be fun, there is an upper limit for it and I should stop thinking about going to one once I reach that age, and I am afraid I am close to that age limit.
Yes, I know there are people who say that "you're never too old to go to anime conventions" but then when they actually encounter an older attendee, they give the attendee dirty looks even if the attendee did nothing wrong despite not being a staff member (such as voice actors or directors) or a rich person (as if there actually is an age where you're too old to go to an anime convention and were gaslighting others all along).
So, in all seriousness, when is someone too old to go to an anime convention (not counting staff members (such as voice actors and directors) and/or rich people?
