Why is there always a small, skinny girl who can defeat giant monsters with punches and kicks? Many stories take place in the european medieval age where several female characters are knights and warriors. This did not happen in real life.

The strongest is always a Japanese boy who died and was reincarnated in a European world and never a white man. Among other things.

It all has to do with the viewers it is targeting. It doesn't have anything to do with wokeness but pervertedness. It blends a strong woman character which is one audience and small woman (lollies) for another audience.

Woke do not exist in Japan

Anime are mostly done as wish fulfillment for Japanese men and women (depend which genre we're talking about harem, shojo, fantasy, etc...).

Small girls kicking big guy / monster exited even in the 90s. It's nothing new.

I would say try to learn Japanese culture instead of just watching anime then you would understand them / anime better
