I tend to agree with you this time. I think Time Reverse would be quite powerful in both Standard and Commander. Not banned powerful, but a sure 5 stars card in both formats.

Whoever said "Ant Drone" in the survey, I think that would be a close second, because it's surprisingly abusive. The guy who operates the local card shop might even know a way to "go infinite" with Ant Drone He knows every card ever printed.

Shadow Slayer would be strong in most Standard Environments, but probably sub-par for Commander, where some red creature decks, such as Dargo: The Shipwrecker, can attack for 40 damage on turn 1.
