Goya, Cezanne, Manet, Degás yes yes.

I’m a fan of art and could talk about it for hours. Impressionism and Fauvism and Futurism and Cubism... et cetera. Regarding biblical themes, I think I prefer Masaccio to Michelangelo when it comes to the expulsion from Eden.

More of a "knowledge of, healthy respect for, and the foundation set by" the masters' works.

Saying that someone "loves" the works of a person/genre/period seems rather vague. What do they like about it? and why? Overall impression? Perfect little details? And maybe someone likes some master's work, but not that of another.

( Had to take a survey course of Art History for my degree in Communications and Graphic Arts. )
