I don't know much about Green Arrow so I wouldn't choose him. Hawkeye from the MCU is pretty good too. Katniss is cool with an arrow but none of them compare to Legolas. I recently rewatched the Hobbit and come on, that guy never misses, he's insanely fast and he's an elf!

I agree completely. I saw something on Reddit with the same question and it was amazing how many people said Hawkeye or Green Arrow.
