Off the top of my head, I'd say Groundhog Day. It may not QUITE be a romantic comedy, but that's usually how it's classed.
The princess bride or There's something about Mary. Because The princess bride is more about the story. It's a cute little fairytale (with that God awful Robin Wright). I like There's something about Mary because the emphasis is more on the comedy than the romance.
I tend to HATE romantic comedies because the reinforce false perceptions about love, that it always works out and the dork gets the girl 🤣.
If I had to pick an actual ROMANTIC romantic comedy, it would be "City of Angels". Because that's realistic. I know, I know, you're going to say how is that realistic? I mean the guy is an angel that falls in love with a mortal woman (that God awful Meg Ryan, before she jacked up her face with surgeries). So the Angel (Nicky Cage) makes up his mind to give up his eternity as an angel to fall from heaven and in exchange to live 1 mortal life with Meg Ryan. And then shortly thereafter she's killed in a car accident🤣🤣🤣🤣. Now he has to spend his mortL life alone. Now that is realistic. I love that ending!
