What do you think of people who still play video games well into their adulthood?

Nothing wrong with it. I do see something wrong with people that think it is more "mature" to get drunk or do drugs though, even though many adults think that is okay but video games aren't. (Most stupid and irresponsible adults think that way.)

And the majority of console and PC games are geared towards and meant for adults.

"People who play video games" is like "people who read books". It's a hugely diverse form of media.

My boyfriend plays video games, as well as more respectable hobbies like writing and reading. He is in his thirties. As long as they are mature in all other areas of their lives, it should be fine

I'll play video games with my kids. Only 1 is actually still a kid, but the whole family will have a Mario Kart race or play another multiplayer game on occasion. We laugh and have fun!

just like I do enjoy any of my other hobbies from time to time...

I would say they lack hope they can find happiness in more authentic ways, like marriage and kids is wonderful but setting up a marriage and a birth and a child care system is hard.
