Besides the ones listed, which video games have the best Character Creator system in them?

BESIDES The Sims, Saints Row, Mass Effect, Dragon Age, Cyberpunk 2077, Dragon Ball Xenoverse/Xenoverse 2, Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen, Fallout 4, and Elden Ring/Dark Souls/Demon Souls/Bloodborne, which video games have the best create-a-character system in them?

Legit some of the games you listed are the only ones I have played with character customization lol.

Top 3:

Dragon Age Inquisition- You can shape everything on your Inquistor, and virtually have ANY eye color imaginable.

My Inquisitor

Cyberpunk- While not as big as DAI, it's still a good character creation.

Fallout 4- While you can't choose any eye color, like Inquisition you can choose how the jaw, cheekbones, etc. are shaped.

My Sole Survivor

Far Cry 5 and Far Cry New Dawn wouldn't count, as they only give you a couple of already made faces and hairstyles. Really no customization there.

Besides Fallout 4 and saints row 3 -4. I would say maybe soul calibre 6 and Skyrim. I haven't played many games where you could create your own character.
