What types of books do you love to read?

What genre do you usually buy when you read a book or what are your favorite book genres?

I read (past tense) a lot of romance.

Some mythical romance as well.

As a kid, I read quite a bit of encyclopedias on animals.

I tried to “read” the dictionary once. By my dad’s suggestion. 😂

I also read some fictional, and non-fictional War/ Holocaust stories.

Couple of biographies. One memoir.

Lots of fables, as a kid.

I don’t read much now. It’s all behind me for reasons, I’m too lazy to explain here😂.

Simplified:

To me it’s like this: there’s a saying of you can be a ‘talker of things, or a doer of things.’

Well in turn, I say: I can be a reader of things, or a doer of things.

To each their own. Balance is always good. I’m just personally more of a thinker, than a reader. I now only read things I actually want to look deeper into.
