Honestly, I don't. She is actually a pretty good songwriter. I can understand she's had some bad exes and she has a little reputation, but a lot of celebs have worse things about them.
People love to gang up on someone and just hate for no reason. It's the typical display of the herd mentality, or mob mentality. She can date as many people as she want, who are we to judge? She gets a lot of hate because she's successful, and some people are so miserable, they can't stand watching someone be successful.
If someone doesn't like her music, that's fine, I don't either, but that's not a reason to hate her. Another reason might be that celebrities who get a lot of attention by the media tend to get a lot of hate as well. Some people might develop an "overdose" when seeing the same names and faces everywhere, and that creates a negative reaction. But again, that doesn't justify the hate. If you hate someone you don't even know, because they dated "a lot", or because you don't like the music or because of their overexposure, you are the problem. Like my grandma always told me, if you don't have anything nice to say, shut the f* up.
I'm not a huge Taylor fan but in my opinion, no. she's not the first to make music about exes and definitely won't be the last. All musicians at some point have made songs about a bad break up or ex. Without me by Halsey is about G-easy i believe.
I love Taylor Swift. Absolutely love her. But I think the criticism that she gets that is valid is that she's still a teenager. She hit it big at a young age and she let the fame go to her head, and she didn't really grow and mature as a person past that point. So that's why people don't take her seriously anymore. Because she's old, but she's still immature.
I did a thread on her long ago, where she basically destroyed this dude for this picture. I mean dude lost everything. His hand looks low, but I can't see how it is under her dress and grabbing her ass. Do you?

I’ve been a swiftie since forever. So you probably already know my answer to your question 😀 I love her to bits I connect with her through her music which I find very relatable everytime she releases new music. She’s like my personal therapist my only wish is to meet her someday. And not to mention she’s a very kind hearted woman.

I like some of her songs. Some I don’t. She gets into some left wing politics sometimes. Which makes me dislike her sometimes.
Her music is annoying and the amount of pollution she single-handedly creates with all her private jets is disgusting

I don't think that she deserves a lot of the attention she gets one way or the other. I couldn't tell you if I've ever heard of one of her songs.
