Emotional and sensual matters call for communications that are full of meaning and which are not ambiguous. Using a text message in this area is either dumb or just a coward's way out of havng a direct conversation. If I have a message to convey to a girl that is romantic in any way, I call her and tell her in a phone call, or I meet with her and deliver the message in person.

As an attorney, texting has very little role in my professional communications. I compose emails or letters that I send to clients and other professionals.
