  Try my diet, but take it to no extremes! Don’t use meat-substitutes or rubbish. Nosh lots of fruits!

  So I’ve watched it and loved it. Thanks again! Before, I didn’t realise that case where one hears colours and sees sounds (starts with an s, but I can’t remember) is what LDS and Psilocybe do. I can’t properly move my right arm, and most of the leg, and I’m autistic, so I want to take Psilocybe. Any suggestions?

  I can only suggest that you experience that with a professional under guidance.
  
  I had some very healing experiences with an accidental LSD injection and can validate that there is potential. But you definitely shouldn’t experiment without a knowledgeable guide.
