They are canceling channels and other options on your account if you don't use them enough, even though you are paying for them each month.

These are extras you pay for such as Starz or Showtime, not the regular Amazon fee.

Prime up-charges everything even when already charging for prime. I only have basic for the free shipping. Which means next to nothing to watch.

Lots of their alexa skills have suddenly stopped working I’ve noticed though.

If they do that I'm thinking a lot of people will cancel their accounts on their own. I can't see why it would hurt them if you use all the features or not as long as you were paying them each month. That makes no sense.

Did these channels come included in your regular Amazon plan or are you paying extra for them.

They will argue that it was promotional and they are having to pay for these subscriptions to pass on the service to you.

You can get free shipping from a lot of vendors without having Prime. It may be slower but if it is speed you want you have to pay for it.

Yes I know. They give you free shipping but it takes over a week to get my order. One time it took 3 weeks. I only pay $6.00 a month for basic prime on a business account. Thanks for the tip though.
