It's all over social media and the news that Ticketmaster crashed. Now people are pissed at Ticketmaster over something that can happen to any website.

Well, apparently SO many people got on Ticketmaster to try to buy tickets at one time, they crashed the websites because of how many people were swarming it. So they had to regroup and figure out how to handle such large volume and demand. They have since decided to extend the presale period so people can get their tickets.
