I honestly had mixed feelings. It gave me a bit classic disney channel vibes, a series made for young teens. I wondered why they weered so far off the comic book story. The storyline was sometimes confusing (time travel part), there was no real threat and the main "villain" the damage control woman was weak. Although it was funny and entertaining to watch. Characters were in dept. They put in a lot of cultural stuff. The main character was gladly not overpowered and had some development going on and not just "she got powerful only because she started to believe in herself" like the other female heroes.

The actress they picked for the main role, Iman Vellani, was great. Loved her performance, she is a big marvel fan and her dream came true as she became a cast member and has her first big role.

Also lmao, gotta admit I think she is cute as hell.

Captain Marvel has left a very bitter taste in my and millions of other peoples mouth. That being said, I'm sure an actress who is playing Ms. Marvel aware of her character and aware of all the things that happened to Captain Marvel character in a Marvel Universe. I Strongly believe she will do Everything in her power to not repeat the same mistake as her peer, when it comes to this particular Super Hero.

I don't watch it not interested in social issues it trying to take on. I am tired of the gay, bi, hetero bull shit with Disney. I get enough of that shit from everywhere else, don't watch the MCU to get an extra dose of it.
