Loved it up to Endgame. It was the perfect ending.
Some of the spin-offs are fun. I really like Jeremy Renner's Hawkeye, he makes everything better with his everyman persona. The Falcon and The Winter Soldier was pretty good, but I am also half in love with Sebastian Stan so that probably clouds my judgement...
I thought Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness was too scattered. It felt sloppy, although I love Elizabeth Olsen's Scarlet Witch. I watched the trailer and skimmed the reviews of Thor: Love and Thunder and went "no thanks". It kind of turned me off because I feel like Thor has basically become the buffoon of the MCU. That's tragic after his character development in the first film. Maybe just watch the Thor movies in reverse order; they'd be an improvement in that respect. I haven't paid much attention to it since.
I did like Raganarok, although I think it hinted the beginning stages of Thor's buffoonery. I thought Hela was a bit one-dimensional, personally, and lacked nuance. They could have done so much more with her character. Although Cate Blanchett was iconic as always, they massively underutilized her talent. She was written into being just a stereotypical "bad guy". But, I tend to prefer villains who make my skin crawl.
I really liked Loki; it was witty, creative and never took itself too seriously. It maintained a sense of solid irony throughout and the contrast made the emotional moments shine. It was a delight to watch and simply marvelous (pun intended). :D
I am just starting on the X-Men stuff, trying to watch them chronologically. It's tricky, but I love Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds so much. I am totally going to watch Deadpool & Wolverine. Just watching those two play off each other will be hilarious.
I am scared. They can make it great and trump everysthing they done before, or they fuck it up completly.
All movies so far at least had some kind of comic book origin. They do mix it up but the end result is often similar. The one they are going for this time is the one that did a big reset. It was also on of the best comics I have read ever. With mutants finally here officially and fantastic 4 as well it has to be great.
That being said and the point why I am scared: Two other story arcs I loved in the comics where the one that thor dark world and thor love and thunder where based on and these where kinda problematic.
So they are able to just take a good story and make it much worse.
Excellent point! I am very excited for the Mutants, Deadpool and Wolverine is officially the start of X-Men stuff which is so cool. Yeah Love and Thunder wasn't great unfortunately, I did have fun with it though. I'm very excited for Fantastic 4, I hope they do it right! I was scared but with all of the Marvel content we're getting and bangers like Loki and X-Men '97 I trust Marvel to get these projects right, it looks like they're back on track! 😄
Im looking forward to the Xmen!
To most, to over 99.99% its just an awsome movie at its best. To me, at the age of 18, at the end of X2, Xavier said and the way he said: in many ways gene has felt that she has been left behind.
That is the first time I felt that adulta that truly understands us, do exist. When all school, healthcare, hobby and other staff, plus parents, relatives, family's friends and everyone put together fail to understand that providing a home, food, education, toys, hobbies and all does show love of parents, but if adults are blind to potential, have degrading, dismissive and decreditive qualities that love, money and others will not make up for that.
I genuinely can't keep up with all of the Marvel stuff anymore. Way too much to follow to understand how all of the movies and TV shows fit into the universe.
Marvel is definitely on a roll right now! 🌟 With so many exciting projects lined up, it's hard not to be ecstatic. "Loki Season 2" has kept the time-bending excitement alive, and the nostalgia is real with "X-Men '97." Who isn't pumped to see Deadpool and Wolverine team up? Their dynamic is bound to be both hilarious and action-packed.
Captain America and Red Hulk is an intriguing match-up that promises a blend of intense action and complex character development. "Daredevil: Born Again" has a lot of expectations to meet, given how iconic the original series was. And then there's "Fantastic 4"—finally, we might get the adaptation we've all been waiting for.
It's a thrilling era for Marvel fans, and the anticipation is half the fun. All these upcoming releases pretty much guarantee epic storytelling and jaw-dropping visuals. It's a great time to be a Marvel fan! ✨📽️

If you mean shows and films eh still gonna suck like they always do. Rarely they get a good one.
Just making it very clear I am comic fan so pretty much everything movie and show wise I am here thinking... why on earth did they change this or that?
If ya wanna know the best show they made that was Daredevil but I have no doubt the new carry on of it will be terrible as it ties into all the bad stuff.
Jessica Jones was 2nd and is a weird one because it's very rare case the changes from the comic actually made Jessica better, the fact she wasn't jewel beforehand makes way more sense. And the fact Kill grave looked normal not a purple weird dude was better, and the fact she didn't need a team of sups to help kill him.
All this was much better.
There are a few bad ones like thor love and thunder, she hulk, miss marvel, etc, but most of the marvel films and tv shows are ranging from good to great in my opinion.
Even Alien vs. Predator franchise has a plausible story that connects alien, predator, AvP and prometeus movies together. Marvel universe is completely implausible even a genius couldn't connect it now and with every new move it becomes worse. Somehow they milked over years this universe without thinking a millisecond about it's consistency
Marvel, for the most part, is fine. I don’t like all their movies, but I like most of them. Captain Marvel was boring, so I didn’t watch the sequel. Eternals should have been two or three movies instead of one, as is it feels like forced diversity the super movie. Should have been longer and gotten to know each of the characters more. Never liked Deadpool. I hope they don’t make more crap as SJW-pandering as She-hulk was.
Captain Marvel was boring but did have some cool fights and I liked the set up for the Skrulls. Eternals should have been a show to have more time to get to know the character, it would have worked better. Why don't you like Deadpool though? He's funny and very unique with his fourth wall breaks and he has some awesome fight scenes. Deadpool and Wolverine is going to be incredible
It's ok I watch their movie, they're cool but that's about it not crazy about them either, lets hope the new movie are as good as the old one
I was a big Marvel fan. I recently rewatched Infinity Wars, Endgame and Deadpool. Last year I watched all of them in order.
But Marvel is dead to me. Disney killed it. Oscar Awards criteria killed it. Pushing diversity killed it. Wokeness killed it. I have no interest in seeing these new movies if they are reported to be woke… and they will be although I have hopes for Deadpool.
It's not dead though. Honestly I never had an issue with "wokeness" I feel like that's just a silly reason to complain because people unfortunately are still close minded on those topics. Marvel has had a few slow years but Marvel back is back in full force, the excitement is back
Millions of us fans are “silly” then and it will turn a box office blockbuster into a dud. We don’t like to be force fed wokeness while we are trying to relax and be entertained. And just because I do not agree with woke concepts does not make me or other close minded, it simply makes us opposed due to a preference for our own ideas. Don’t be such a snot.
Well it's good that you don't support the concept but you're still part of the problem by being against "wokeness" in movies and shows. There's absolutely nothing wrong with having a woman superhero or a black superhero or a gay superhero, the fact that it bothers you enough so you just won't watch something because you can't relax is a problem
What is wrong with it is it is forced and shoved down our throats. What is also wrong with it, is they make the Mary Sues. What is also wrong with it is they make people who look like me weak, incompetent and cowardly on purpose. F wokeness, F the Oscar rules, F Disney, F Marvel. And most 0f all F people like you who force it this way.
I have Not watched ANY of Marvel Studio's output since they cancelled Agent Carter or after Guardians of the Galaxy and Logan, the quality of the scripts tanked.
I stopped trying to pretend like I can follow the sorry line of each character. There’s a new one popping every other year
I liked the Hawkeye series and the Falcon and the Winter Soldier was also good. The Eternals and The Marvels were bad and Thor- Love and Thunder was just plain silly.
I think Deadpool and Wolverine will be good and maybe the FF if they dont make it woke.
I agreed with your opinion until you said "woke". Please stop using that silly reason to not like something, it's just a way for toxic close minded people to hate on things because it goes against their outdated and close minded mindset on those topics. Be better than that, it's 2024 this shouldn't be a problem anymore but it is and it's just sad to see
@exitseven Different Captain Marvel, the Captain Marvel in the 616 main universe of the MCU is specifically Carol Danvers who is a woman in the comics, research before you complain on something you're just making yourself look toxic and uninformed. Don't talk about something when you don't actually know anything about it, not that difficult
Means nothing without who's cast, when's cast, and when's appears 👀👀 deliberate spellings
The actors and the casting choices 😂
They’re out of ideas and would rather make up random bs in the main universe that they messed up than start over with a new main universe.
Never underestimate the ability of modern Disney to screw things up.
just waiting for marvel to turn all their super heros black and female xD
Its dead. They destroyed it
Crap
Why's that?
So over it.
