That's a difficult one. I would like to pick option A since I do wish I was stronger, but that's all I get. I get to be beautiful and strong. Usually women only get to be nearly as strong as men in stage 1 societies (of the Demographic Transition Model), than as the environment develops, the two genders diverges more. Plus, being attractive usually helps more if you're fast life history strategist (aka, more focus on the present and more likely to die so being pretty usually helps you in this case so you can at least mate before dying young).

Intelligence (like iq and that stuff) correlates with a lot more in life. I am neither attractive, strong, smart, or wise. I'm like a 3/10 in looks and my IQ is closer to 110 lol. Intelligence would also be a good pick though, since it was historically selected for anyways and it allows you to do more things (like career wise, the average IQ varies a bit by profession) or live longer. It just correlates with a lot but I wouldn't want to be too smart since that's also a downside. You would need to a great tolerance for people dumber than you, plus high iq people can sometimes struggle with simple day to day stuff (like driving or socializing).

Good question, I'm not sure what I'd pick.

Do you mean for myself or for a partner?

I already have intelligence and knowledge already, so for myself, I choose Strength and Good Looks, cause I lack both of those being short and ugly. And for a partner, I choose Strength and Beauty, cause I'd rather date Wonder Woman than Pepper Potts.

That's kind of an unfair comparison. Intelligence IS knowledge but beauty is not strength. Unless your beauty IS your strength or you think muscles are beautiful.

However, in my humble opinion, intelligence is not an equivalent to knowledge. Intelligence comes through genetics and brain-challenging exercises, whereas knowledge is obtained through various life experiences. You can have a genius individual who was confined alone in a room since he was born, he's mentally capable of innovating but he isn't well-aware of how the world works. And if you showed him the way (school), he would unleash his creativity! Unlike someone who's been educated a variety of topics and gained say tons of knowledge throughout his lifetime, but simply doesn't know what to do with it or how to act properly and make decisions in different situations.
