Halfhill Village, in World of Warcraft.
It's an Asian based farm village, very peaceful. There's even a quest where you create and run your own farm to grow vegetables. One of my favorite areas in the game.
I jokingly say when I stop playing the game, my characters are going to "retire" there.

  @Ms_Facesitter Neutral! Both factions can quest there. It's from the MoP expansion. One of my favorite zones and very fun quests.
  
  Though myself I'm primarily alliance, I have horde characters as well.

New Gridania - Final Fantasy 14. It's a little village in the woods. A starting area so everything is going to be fine and dandy! There is a pub, rivers, lots of greenery, cozy benches, even an inn with your own room to sleep in.
