For me it's Saturn by Sleeping at Last. For some reason I always cry listening to it and feel as if I'm a child looking up with wonder and awe at the night sky filled with stars. I don't know I just feel like a child again listening to it and feel a warm sense of comfort. How about you?

Thank you! I like a lot of different genres depending on my mood, but my most consistent fave ones are soul and indie.

I'd say I listen to the more chill ones lol like Khruangbin, Aurora, Giants & Pilgrims etc but I also like indie rock like Future of Forestry, Portugal the Man etc

Well Sully Erna wrote it about his interpretation of The Rock's character played in the movie The Scorpion King. He said it's about him being this big masculine badass with this sensitive side to him. He feels isolated because he was hurt/betrayed. So now he feels alone in this world.
I don't liken myself to the Rock lol I'm far from muscular or a badass. But I am considered big by most people 6'5" gentle, but unrelenting in my convictions. I feel like I stand alone in a corrupt world doing my best to fight for what is right. So "I stand alone".
