What superpowers do you hate or are tired of seeing?

You could include any powers you consider all around stupid, overpowered, illogical/paradoxical, cliché/used too much, or all of the above.

Time travel and teleportation. So stupidly overpowered yet underutilized, often "balanced" with arbitrary and nonsensical rules.

That said, I think anything can be made interesting if written well or given interesting limitations.

Super Strength, flight, and invisibility.. Don't get my wrong I love superstrength, and flight, in fact I love super powers, but I feel like anytime a character has those powers is super cliche powers starter pack.. They always do it just enough to where they are only lifting cars, and not uniquely.. Telekinesis is also a power that's used often but it's so diverse you can use it in so many unique ways.. I just think it's used too simple many times..

I get what you mean. There's definitely potential for those powers to interesting, but often they are very bland and uncreative. It's like they are just the first things creators think of when making superheroes and villains and just stop there instead of thinking more about it.

You might enjoy the powers in One Punch Man and My Hero Academia a lot more then. Super creative beyond the clichés, while still including some classics (but mostly for the sake of commentary/critique).

Yes sir exactly.. They just don't get creative with it.. And yes!! I love One Punch Man and MHA.. Super creative uses of Superstrength and superpowers in general.. In fact a lot of anime has some of the most creative power sets I've seen..

Exactly! That's actually why I started watching anime at all 2 years ago. I was getting bored of how stale western superhero shows were, so I looked to the east and found all these awesome ideas for powers! Even Naruto technically counts I think, and look at the superpowers they have!

Most definitely.. East Asians have a very different form of storytelling from the West, and yeah even Naruto.. A show called Mob Pyscho 100 is crazy with the telekinesis..

Mob Psycho 100 is from the creator of One Punch Man, and it's one of my favorite anime. The music and animation are insane!
