Villains more often have dark hair (brown/black) than blond unless it's some sort of Nazi flick... Some examples are Agent Smith, Hannibal Lecter, Keyser Soze, Hans Gruber, Michael Myers, Norman Bates, Jigsaw, The Terminator, Anton Chigurh, Tommy Devito, Bill “The Butcher” Cutting, Edgar the Bug, Norman Stansfield, Nurse Ratchet, Thulsa Doom, The Sheriff of Nottingham, Biff Tannen, Angel Eyes, Ben Wade, Little Bill Daggett, Curly Bill, Johnny Ringo, etc.
Race has something to do it.
