How is this even legal? At least Judge Judy was a real judge, but Chrissy Teigen? Sounds from previews, it is not a show I would watch. How about you?

I did not know this was a thing. And I've seen this person before, but don't really know what they do.
"Christine Diane Teigen is a 5'8" American model and television personality. She made her professional modeling debut in the annual Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 2010 and later appeared on the 50th anniversary cover alongside Nina Agdal and Lily Aldridge in 2014."
I also had to look up how court shows work.

"While most judge shows rely on the imagery and structure of a hearing in a courtroom, they are in fact binding arbitrations. Both parties agree that whatever decision and award is determined within the context of the show will stand. Anyone can serve as an arbiter, no law degree or appointment required. Even in the case of actual-judge [Judy] Sheindlin, she’s not technically acting as a judge when she’s presiding over cases on her show."
In other words, they're mostly fake. The decisions are just legally binding by a contract both parties agree to beforehand. Therefore anyone can be an arbitrator. You just usually would want someone with actual legal experience to judge you, instead of some random washed-up supermodel.
I think she is ugly. I can't believe she was a swimsuit model. Maybe too much facial plastic surgery? If so it must have gone wrong.
I don't see how she became a model. She was never pretty to begin with.
This is why I don't watch TV. Well, many other reasons as well but this is definitely one of them.
How did this bimbo get popular? She looks like she has had too much plastic surgery on her face. I looked at the trailer for the show. Retarded is the word that comes to mind. Who sponsored this farce anyway?
I couldn't have said it better myself. 👏
I was thinking they could have gotten a better-looking judge myself.
@Dubiousintentions why don't you apply. You're better looking than her
@Sparkie460 Sure, I guess I can read a script or cue cards. Wonder how many takes are needed for Chrissy?
@Daniela1982
And yet, women in their 30s and 40s *LOVE* daytime courtroom shows! Especially white women.

@MCheetah I'm not sure that is true, any more than short men like watching Wizard of Oz. At least they don't watch farces such as with this bimbo Teigen. 👎👎
@MCheetah What makes you say that? I certainly don't watch those shows. Most of them are lame, and quite frankly, stupid!

I did not know this is a thing. Wow.
The participants sign agreements saying that they will abide by the ruling decision. The contestants get to be famous idiots while they air their dirty laundry in front of the world for a few bucks as long as they agree to accept the decision.
Legal loop holes. Just like dr. Phil is not a practicing dr. And he still works on the show called Dr. Phil.
Thanks for like!
Reality TV is not reality...
But supposedly, her judgements are binding.
Good point. It's like some of those house hunting home shows.
It can't be legal. It's all got to be fake
They’re TV shows
Its fake.
