Being judge by other people?

So many people that make it completely noticeable that they are judging people. When I walked by a group of people I feel like i'm being judged. Judged On multiple things. Feel like im be scrutinized so much On How i walk, talk, dress, and Makes me feel very depressed.

Yo man, I feel you. It totally sucks feeling like everyone's always judging you. But you gotta try not to let it get to you so much.

People are always gonna look and talk, it's just what they do. But most times they're probably not even paying that much attention. Or they're just bored and looking for something to gossip about.

The less you worry about what others think, the freer you'll feel. Who cares if some randoms don't like how you walk or whatever. As long as you like yourself, that's all that really matters.

Easier said than done, I know. But try distracting yourself when you notice people looking. Pull out your phone or talk to a friend. Don't give others the power to bring your mood down.

You seem like a cool dude - own it! Keep doing your thing and forget about the haters. Maybe they're just jealous they can't pull off your fresh style, ya know? Chin up bro, you've got this!
