I've just been to the movies to watch the new Whitney Houston film on a 2 for 1 ticket costing £10 How much does the movies cost where you are?

Just the tickets are 9-15 dollars depending on what theater you go to. The killer is the popcorn is also 10 dollars and the drink is 5. If you want more of a meal with your movie you're looking at 20 dollars.

Depending on what time of day, an adult ticket in my town ranges from $13 US to $17.50 US.

We almost always go during the day when the kids happen to be off school. We don't go to the movies much though. It seems like it might be 8 to 9 dollars a ticket, which is way better pricing than going in the evening.
