Sexual film actors and actress?

Friends, maybe you may find my question ridiculous, but I'm really curious. How is it that the main characters (365 days, fifty shades) who play in movies with sexual content still go out in public without being embarrassed, do they ever get psychologically disturbed and live like normal people as if nothing has happened? Isn't there anyone who insults or insults them? or are they crazy?

That's their job and I think they push through it. That said, if you read interviews with some of these folks, some say that having their family see them nude the first time (or having sex) was nerve wracking and/or embarrassing.

The other thing, though, is that a lot (lot all, but many) people that I talk to have a fantasy for being watched while having sex. Most don't or wouldn't act on that fantasy. Actors get to live that fantasy.

I'm more intrigued about guys appearing on screen with small dicks. I saw a couple of movies (not porn) were a guy was displayed with a small dick.

For example, in Banshees of Inisherin, an Irish film that got very popular here last year, a guy appears and the joke is that he has a small penis, and they put it on screen. How that guys continues his life is beyond me, being recognized as "the guy with a small penis from the movie" 😬
