Because rap primarily targets Blacks. The cabal wants to provoke Blacks to civil war/violence. Blacks are a large enough rebel group to cause chaos when conducting espionage, but small enough that they are guaranteed to lose and die in the process. In grand strategy you incite rebels to generate chaos that you can exploit. You want to weaken your target so that they are easier to conquer and keep them busy with distractions. The rebels are slave bitches that are too stupid to realize the are being used by puppeteers. The poor are always leveraged for this task. In America the poor are the Blacks. Well this depends. I think there is both good and bad people. There is plenty who don’t sell out or don’t sell out all the way and kind of just drop off the radar after they make it big and famous.

It can be complicated. Xxxtentacion did some bad things but he had struggled with mental illness pain and trauma anger issues and he was trying make good and better choices and made positive messages in his livestreams.
