Would you recommend Gossip girl (2007)?

For those who have seen it, would you recommend the series gossip girl from 2007?
For the last several years it’s been on my bucket list to watch but I’ve never had the time until now. I hear the chuck/Blair Romance is pretty hot. So should I watch it or is it not worth the time?

It hasn't aged well I'll say that but I enjoyed the series but after a while it got a little silly and I got board around the end.

Im currently watching desperate housewives and I highly recommend I'm totally addicted I've even got my boyfriend into it

What I mean by hasn't aged well is that some of the story lines are just dumb and chuck is pretty much a rapist but the show tries to make you feel sorry for him

I would, I watched it a decade ago and it was one of the best shows from that time. But keep in mind that it is a little outdated by now. I wanted to watch it again some time ago but couldn't (probably because I also know too much to watch it again hah). But it was trully a great show, try to watch it.

This movie is a big UGH with a bunch of privileged kids at NY preparatory school competing against one another, teachers, and the trust fund kids living off their parent's wallets. The whole thing was cartoonish and that is being very fair.

Yes definitely! I watched it a few years ago probably around 2016. I just started rewatching it yesterday!

Omg yes! The first season drags on a bit. The last season is like meh, I skipped most of it. The rest of the seasons however were good 💖

I’d recommend the book absolutely but not the series. Characters felt realer and more relatable in the book and the changes they made for the show were disappointing.
