What are some traditionally heroic powers (like healing or compelling people to tell the truth) that you'd like to see a villain have?

the ability of no matter what happens at the end... they will win

are there any stories like that? where the villains ultimately win?

I'm not sure, but I'd love to see more. I know Megamind is kinda like that, of course the first win as a villain was really a let down for him since it was an empty victory, and then the second win was technically after he turned hero. Really good movie though because it plays with a lot of overdone tropes.
