What conditions would be needed for the sky to be yellow instead of blue?

Human eyes would have to process light differently.
The only reason we see it as blue is because blue has a the shortest wavelength compared to the other colors being refracted in the atmosphere.
So what do I tell people if they ask why the sky in Quilace is yellow?
For the same reason the sky changes colors at sunrise and sunset.
You just need to wear this.
I like what the girl said since red and green make blue and they are ultimate extremes apart (sun/grass). Go with the shades below !!
The oceans to be a different color and/or a different chemical composition of the atmosphere.

Probably some type of dust in the air that would block out all the rays of light, except for yellow
