Is it weird that I could understand music at the age of 4 or 5?

Since the age of four or five I could differentiate between romantic songs and friendship songs or even dedications towards God or parents or family. I could not understand the lyrics but I knew it was a love song or otherwise. I also had my first crush at around the age of five. Is it weird and rare?

Do you play anything or write music now? Are you a poem writing person etc?

I kind of humm and make new tunes. I haven't had any formal training. I also try singing. But whenever I listen to music my fingers move on their own creating a beat. It's even better with long nails. I just love the melody more than the lyrics.
