Why’s it so uncommon to cross a 90s-born kid who knows about 60s/70s type music?

DizzyDesii
Out of all my exes, only like two knew what I was talking about. And thats mainly because their parents were old enough to be their grandparents. I mean, I love my modern day music (alternative rock, pop, hiphop, rap, country, edm, r&b soul, dancehall, broadway, indie, gospel, opera, reggaeton), I do. Moreso, I love music from the 80s (dance pop, rock, smooth jazz, techno), 90s (new jack swing, rap, hiphop, r&b, babymaking hits), and early 2000s. And even moreso than that, I love my 60s/70s (blues, disco, swing, classic soul, motown, and pop rock). I constantly see kids of all ages bring up Jackson Five, Elton John, Queen, Hall & Oats, Aerosmith, James Brown, Beachboys, Stevie Wonder, and The Beatles... I love them too.
