Why is that some cartoons haven’t aged well?

Because their subject matter was based on specific issues or on jokes/tropes that were funny then but don't age well.

Well that depends on the show cause a lot of cartoons back from the 90s there humor was there in the 90s it was funny back then now it's not as good

Humor is better without political correctness in my opinion so a lot of 90s shows had better humor, but some shows today do that type of humor still, or they do it even better, so even thats subjective and show dependant.

True but there are things from back in the day that they don't show no which I understand but feel like its a real loss for example, like live action shows that were back on and Nickelodeon say fresh Prince of Bel-Air or the George Lopez show. Both of those shows had great humor from great comedians and both of them showed a roughly the same time. I think Will Smith was a little bit older but the George Lopez show had cussing and now we don't even see that anymore and the humor from that is all gone so they have to make things a bit more humorous in cartoons in a certain way. It's hard to explain
