YouTube has a channel called SCP Explained, and another dubbed The Backrooms Explained. Start there. Trevor, obviously, is from GTA V, and Freddy from Five Nights at Freddy's. CD-I Link is a common stock character in YTP videos from the late 2000s.

Level 11 is the Endless City. It feels like an amalgamation of numerous real life cities all clumped together, sometimes in illogical ways. SCP-811 is the Swamp Woman, Ae, whose mere touch will disintegrate your flesh, as her skin is her stomach.
