Why is witchcraft being promoted more and more in America?

Every time I go in a bookstore I see tons of books on it and it’s gained popularity in movies over the years.

I didn’t know it was, but it wouldn’t surprise me. On screen is one thing. But if it’s being “promoted” anywhere other than the fiction section of bookstores, that’s just silly. The US is a capitalist nation above all other value systems combined. Dumb people are suckers. So you can sell witchcraft and flat earth to them. There are lots of them too, and they breed like rats so they’re just churning out more idiots every goddamn day. There really is a sucker born every minute; probably thousands, actually.

Just teens trying to be edgy. Most of that shit just fills up shelves - it's not really witchcraft they are buying at all. But stuff to scare parents and "not cool" relatives, with.

I flicked through a few. It's mostly just easy answer, self help, new age shit, written to appeal to a younger audience, and separate them from their money.

It's the real grimoires and occult shit, you need worry about.

Witchcraft is nothing harmful unless you take it to a dark place. You should be focusing on the influx of Satan worship. Witchcraft is the least of your worries.
