How do you feel about witches/witchcraft?

I stay away from witchcraft and do not daddle in that sort of thing. God warns people to not practice magic, witchcraft, necromancy, speaking with the dead etc. Cause it can open spiritual doors to entities and demonic forces. That is the source of magic, it does not come from God but mostly demonic spirits. As for witches I never met one, at least not to my knowledge, you have to be careful engaging with them cause they can try to put curses on you or have entities attack you so I don't go out of my way to find them. And I'm talking about the real ones, not the ones who think it's all cutesy and fun, cause of serbrina or cause they think they're connecting with earth and sun or whatever thanks to Hollywood/media.

For one, what people call doctors and scientists are also a form of witches. A lot of traditions mundane people have is too like wishing on a birthday candle and singing happy birthday its called manifesting. Working with herbs they call it homeopathy.. same thing. People think witchcraft is just voodoo/hoodoo and it isn't.

My ex was wiccan. It's really only envisioning outcomes and positive thought along with some visual / aromatic aids to help the room feel abit more peaceful / welcoming.
If you're thinking about the broom riding, wand wielding witch then you are in the realm of fairy tales and fantasy literature. No such thing.

Gardner/Sanders/Buckland/Trayer kind…idk what to think. It seems like you can just make it up as you go along. Stregha, Pharmakon and other indigenous ones at least have a historical component to them, though I can’t tell if it makes them any more effective.

I support them. Preferable to Christians usually, in terms of harm done to the world, morals, ethics, feminism, etc.

I'm an atheist / naturalist, but if I believed in a spiritual realm / higher powers, I'd definitely be a witch.

Not really a big hit with me. Liked it when I was a teenager. I think the history of it is very interesting and shows you how horrible medicine was shunned and considered witchcraft in order to keep order over people.

My Honest Opinion... if you're born Christian or Muslim a girl/woman that does witchcraft is a big No-No in any way shape or form.. if you can't respect your partners relgion or friends religion then you have no place in their lives.
