Doesn't bother me at all.
I've known girls who were into Wicca. They are good people who revere nature rather than an angry, bearded man in the sky. If they do any kind of "spells" and rituals, they are for good, not evil, purposes. It's not voodoo or Satanism or black arts.
I think the word "witch" was invented by the Catholic and, later, Protestant churches to oppress, stigmatize or condemn women who didn't go to church, didn't bow to male authority, and who knew about traditional ("folk") medicine. Those women were a threat to authoritarian, dominant, patriarchal, church values.
Oh! Witches! Thought you said bitches. Had this whole soliloquy written.
That’s a cool pic. You create it?

If we’re talking about Wicca and like the witch aesthetic and like what you see on TikTok, I feel neutral. They can do them. It’s whatever.
If we’re talking like actual black magic where you’re actually sacrificing animals, using real blood, summoning demons, and casting curses, that’s super super dangerous.
Unlike many other vocations, real witchcraft needs to be taught by a real practitioner in order to do it safely. It’s not something you just figure out. There’s too many risks.
Like, you don’t just “figure out” how to diffuse a bomb. You need some real guidance. Otherwise, you’ll be a danger to yourself and the people around you.
Making contracts with demons or djinn is always super high risk, as contracts are entirely spoken and consent is IMPLIED and there are no terms or fine print for you to read. Yet, they are binding. Demons and djinn will hold you to the contracts you knowingly or unknowingly “agreed” to.
Most “witchcraft” you see from influencers on social media platforms is pretty harmless.
Real witchcraft is more dangerous than browsing the dark web. You shouldn’t go there unless you REALLY know what you’re doing. And you can’t know what you’re doing unless you have an experienced guide.
But, I wouldn’t advise anyone venture there at all. Just like I wouldn’t advise anyone venture into the dark web and accidentally draw unwanted hostile attention.
I live somewhere right now where the paranormal activity is high, and people use real blood and human hair to do black magic. It’s no joke here. I don’t f*ck with it. And neither do most locals.
My SO also has some first hand experience of finding bowls of human hair hidden in different parts of her old house.
Her family has been targeted before.
Her sister had been harassed by a spirit that a shaman could see.
Her sister’s boyfriend couldn’t sleep either because the same spirit was messing with him at night.
After the shaman helped them, they no longer had problems and the sister was able to happily marry without any poltergeist activity.
The locals don’t joke about paranormal activity because it’s very real to them and my SO has seen it with her own eyes.
For real.
If someone wants to dabble in magic, it’s their life, their choice.
But I’ve heard how badly it can go wrong, so I’m personally just wary of it. I don’t want to start a haunting I didn’t intend.
Another creepy story is my SO going to someone’s house for some evening event and then the hostess causally ask my SO if she was going invite her friend standing outside to come with her too… But, my SO didn’t bring a friend… Whoever the hostess thought was standing next to my SO, a girl in a white dress, was not someone my SO could see.
Ah, yeah. Voodoo. Certain types of magic people just shouldn’t dabble with. Not all magic is equally safe. Some magic, you truly do need an expert to guide you, otherwise you’re just asking for trouble.
It’s interesting to read about the occult and learn about it though. How hauntings have started and what led up to those hauntings. Also, listening to people who have experienced paranormal events and activities. Also, if they got rid of the hauntings, what they needed to do for that to happen, etc.
I’m actually quite interested in learning more and more about the laws that govern the unseen world. But, I’d never practice it myself because I don’t want to accidentally start something I can’t stop, or attract unwanted unseen attention.
Oh yes, Santeria too. Santeria and Palo Mayombe.
I dated a Girl that was into the whole black magic shit , It didn’t bother me , I thought it was kind of interesting to be honest , some of the shit she would do was kind of funny to me , but it was definitely interesting , so I didn’t judge her on it what so ever some of it was sexy as fuck as well that’s why it didn’t bother me that much lol Seeing her happy was all that mattered , whether her spells worked or not it was a turn on to me seeing her so into it , I would Let her cut my hair for potions but I told her To never ask for my blood , that’s where I drew the line lol She wanted me to move to Miami with her but at the time I was t ready sometimes I wish I did cuz she was amazing in bed
The Forewoman in charge of the grand jury in Georgia, that's going after Trump, is a self-proclaimed witch that can cast spells. As a rule, the jury chooses the smartest person to lead the jury.

If you listen to her speak, you will see she's actually DUMBER than the proverbial box of rocks. I'm not saying she's not a witch, but I'm shocked the graduated from witch school.
When you say "witches", I'm going to presume that you mean those who practice "magic", which would be anyone who has the knowledge and access to power with which to manipulate the unseen forces of nature". Is that a fair definition?
Based on that, witchery can be VERY dangerous because it depends entirely on so many factors regarding who is using it, which for ease of example, I'll call wisdom. Real wisdom and all that involves. It also depends on the source of their power. All you need to get power is knowledge, but using that power without the proper wisdom is arbitrary and often harmful, despite the best of intentions.
I saw a comment where someone granted PERMISSION to a practitioner of black magic (that should have been your first clue) to cast spells using a form of voodoo, essentially. That's not very bright, and he's lucky the person liked him or she could have done a lot of damage.
Witchcraft is inherently opposed to God, which is why it is forbidden repeatedly in Deuteronomy, leviticus and Samuel's books.
"Suffer not the witch to live", anything supernatural is most likely not real so whatever. :)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/ilSDgI1JONwI have always felt a connection to Witchcraft, but I would never practice it.
Well, I ran a Wiccan community for 9 or so years. So in general I am rather pro-witchcraft.
False religion ran by the ruler of this world which is Satan. Hence the energy from the earth and denial of sin.
It always fascinated me when I was a kid reading.
Witches have no judgmental against them, it's their freedom to do as they please.
I've no issues. I've done worse than most of them.
Isn't that just another term for Holistic Medicine?
My previous girlfriends cursed me worse with love and feelings :(
Alternative medicine, dangerous because it's not backed up by science. Better not to get involved.
Nice, I think it is interesting from a science point of view.
I am strongly opposed to it.
Demonic
I think they’re playing with fire.
I find it fascinating!
I like them if they are on Grand Jurys
Ver bad
Wish they were real
