My husband is a star wars junkie!
I've seen them all multiple times because he enjoys them so much but left to my own devices, they're not something I'd pick to watch.
At any rate, I love those little furry Ewaks (sp?). so, I'll say Return of the Jedi.
I also think Dark Maul (sp?) was a really cool character so, phantom Menace is also up there for me.
