i don’t personally.
closest celebrity connection I know someone having is my brother in law used to be the personal chef for the New England Patriots.
He also had his own Super Bowl ring that had his name engraved but his apartment got robbed years ago and it was stolen.
But now he works as the general manager of a kitchen at an Ivy League university. Celebrities who have toured the college have tasted his food before.

My aunt is a community activist who knows literally every politician in the city. I frequently get a lot of "are you related to..." and "do you know..." and I'm like, you must know my aunt then.

For me, I never thought I'd ever meet, work with, know any celebrities personally but I used to work in a retail shop next to a Foot Locker. I swear, it was THE most random location, but NBA basketball players would just randomly drop by and buy shoes from this place. The only reason I ever knew they were there, was my co-workers were basketball sports nuts who would start screaming when they saw them and "need an early lunch break."

Secondly, years ago, I was a manager at a Children's Museum. Apparently a lot of celebrities have kids. Who knew? I would get these emails about this or that one coming in, and we would have to annoyingly not only open the museum at specialty after or before hours that I had to be present for, but also make sure the place was perfect because god forbid one of them should take a picture, post it, and give us bad press. To be fair, the celebrities themselves were generally all really nice. The ones I met were a few tv wrestlers, again, a bunch of NBA players I could only pick out because they were insanely tall. I met the Nanny who did a whole seminar. Solange (Beyonce's sister) came to scout for a music video that never happened, Gwyneth Paltrow came with her kids, and America Ferrera which was the only one I was ever really excited to come in for. When you see them up close, you realize, no surprise, they are all just normal people, and it was kind of sad really that they couldn't just come and hang out during normal hours without a mob forming demanding their time and autographs.

My neighbor in my childhood was the cousin of a international known bassist of a Rockband. That actually resulted in 3 times VIP tickets for free. He later moved and we sadly lost contact.

Other than that (not really celebrities) I am in regular contact with local politicians, some of them got to state or country level.

No major celebrities but at least one or two local ones.

Not really a connection, just something that's kinda cool, but actors Kurtwood Smith and Willem Defoe were both born in my home state and Defoe was from the city next to my hometown.

My stepbrother - was in a fairly popular heavy metal band as a drummer for years, later started a copy band - which was popular in Iceland and is now an actor.

Yes, I know a number of them. You could even say, I'm one. I've had a modicum of fame and have recently done work in a Hollywood movie.

Truthfully, im not sure if local DJs, rappers, pop singer, and rock bands count as celebrities. But i'm good friends with some of them. They're famous famous in my city
