Long story G! I was drawn into hop hop at the young age of 10. A homie did not have many friends and I was picked on by the other students. I
wasn’t good at sports; being a small and frail kid didn’t help the situation. Instead of playing sports I would listen to music, read, and dance while listening to big daddy Kane and underground hip hop. I would also try to emulate breakdancers.

I should note that I am also a big fan of American history, foreign language , and international history. As a curious kid, I combined my love for hip hop and foreign language. I was interested to see what the hip hop culture was like out of the United States. So I would go on the computer and type in “international hip hop”in the search engine!. The search engine directed me to Turkish hip hop. Then I saw Ceza’s cd on eBay and asked the seller if Ceza was the real deal. Homie replied to with a hard yes. As a result, I clicked and paid with a gift card. When I the cd Yeri Plaka was in my possession, I played it, enjoyed the flow, and danced to the beat.
