Why is this song a lot less popular than Flowers by Miley Cyrus?

I don't know much but here is my take:

Its too slow, pop music hits have a beat of 100~130, with a faster beat during the chorus

Has not a catchy chorus, i was half way in before i even noticed what the chorus is.

She hasn't starred in a popular TV show

The song isn't featured in billions of tik tok videos, at least i never heard it when my girlfriend is spending hours on tiktok.

Not everything is about the appearance. Sometimes music is just music.

because flowers is much more relatable words lyrics and a good melody too.
this has weird hand places and licking lips and weak melody so nobody would recommend it.

To me this song does not have mainstream appeal. Plus Miley Cyrus comes from money and has money.
