You're a very talented artist. My recommendation to you is to buy books by other authors so that you can find out which publishing agencies they use. I googled family friends who have become authors and through that I learned about publishers that are accepting manuscripts. I don't think you should try to break into Harper Collins at this point because you're not famous and these elite guys are probably not going to give you their contact info. But they have small town publishers who are willing to take on new authors that I believe would accept the quality of creation you offer them.
