Who is the all time greatest physicist?

I don't think it's a competition or a popularity contest. People build on what came before. All of these people made significant contributions.
I would include Gauss in this group as well.
It's Enrico Fermi. He was a true expert on everything. That's why others used to call him the pope of physics.
Others mentioned here are more popular to general people as they were more in the limelight. Einstein actually did write very little about relativity unlike what most people think.

I'm not well qualified to answer but if the question was who was the most influential I would say Einstein.
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. Some smart guy said that like 50 thousand years ago or something.
Galileo Galilei, 1564-1642, greatest
Einstein no doubt. He's one of the wisest men ever.
Einstein's discoveries are still being used.
