What would be your weapon of choice in a zombie apocalypse?

Need to know more. Slow zombies, or fast zombies? Does contact with body bits infect you or do you need to be bitten or killed?

Chainsaws are great for slow zombies but only if they aren't very infectious - otherwise you infect everyone with zombie bits.

For slow infectious zombies, a chainsaw is usually the weapon of choice, sterilizes and doesn't leave a mess

For fast zombies you need something with more range. Rifles rarely have enough stopping power, they just blow holes in the zombies, shotgun does better.

Explosive traps can be pretty effective too

Of course since its an apocalypse, supplies will run low fast and you will have to start improvising.

Probably a blunt weapon, something hard, durable, and light. And flattened, to focus the blunt force on a point as narrow as possible to maximize damage and penetration.

The idea is just to be able to defend myself in case I have no choice, but in such environment, you don't want to fight, you want to sneak and avoid any contact. A smart survivor avoids danger as much as possible.

Depends on the type of zombie. If it's infectious, a flamethrower. If it's not, but is fast, anything I can take it's head of with. If it's slow, I'll just install treadmills around my hous. 😂

Anything that doesn’t require ammo. And is silent. Obviously having some guns would be ideal too but they serve their purpose, and shouldn’t be your main weapon of choice/use
