Link has a lot of gadgets and abilities he could use that would really throw off Luke. I am assuming that the Master Sword could resist a lightsaber. He could probably take him just by using magnesis to steal his lightsaber or stasis to walk behind him and stab him.

You realize Luke is precognitive and if Stasis could beat Luke, Darth Vader would have used it on the Death Star. after all Force Stasis is a Jedi/Sith ability in Star Wars.

You might not know this, but Luke is actually stronger than Link. The question I have is whether Link's Shield can block a lightsaber.

Luke's Telekinesis is such that he can perform over 20 Heroic difficulty telekinesis feats simultaneously in EU lore as per Jedi Academy Trilogy. He once used Force Wind to throw a 600 metric tons armored crawler into another such crawler. The vehicles had black hole shielding and were Force Immune, but Luke destroyed them anyway.
