Thinking about buying a PC in a range of 400 to 600 any suggestions?

Yes- the first is to know what you've already got. If you've got some basic knowhow, you can build one yourself and save a LOT of money (or get a lot more bang for your buck), especially since you'd only need to replace certain parts, and could do piecemeal updates as necessary.

You can message me whatever prebuilt pc you think of buying and I can look to see if it’s worth it for the money. I have built over 10 pcs so I’m quite confident in my ability to select proper parts.

You can get something very good on eBay in that price range. Look for "certified refurbished," it comes with a 2 year warranty. If you can go up to $800 you can get an Intel i7 12th generation with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD which will give you lightning speed.
