Nowadays it's through my phone mostly because I'm always moving about & listening to either Spotify or the lossless files on my phone. But I usually have my wired iems or on ear mmcx modded ksc75's hooked up to the Qudelix 5k bluetooth dac/amp so that I can always have a 20 band eq for my audio.

However, my preference is through the computer so I can play actually utilize a better codec by using the usb connection feature on the Qudelix. I also prefer my computer setup because I like to plug my Qudelix 5k into my JDS LABS desktop amplifier. It's got a gain knob that I use as a volume knob. Comes in so handy for quick & smooth volume changes.

Oh and I have "Slav Art Web" to thank for the lossless files I have. I converted them all to 44.1khz 320kbps vie powershell. Which ikik, technically isn't lossless. But I call it that because for me it basically is. I've done side by side abx tests & I can't tell the difference between the mp3 compression & the original.

I also like the computer because it allows me to use the "hesuvi" software. I really like the HRIR called "dht. wav"

For me, it provides a realistic sound & adds more width. Which usually sounds good unless a song was mixed/mastered with too much width already.

I use Spotify on the tv, cellphone... I have a couple of apps with radios from around the world that I use some times

A 7:1 surround sound system in our main music room, a Pioneer stereo system in the front room and other smaller systems in every other room. Then I have the car stereo system, which totally rocks.

I sample music online, but anything I like I buy on CD or vinyl. I believe in supporting musicians.

Newer - Spotify, my iphone and airpods when I want my music in the truck.

Older - 1974 technics SL 1500C turntable with matching speakers in my study.

I have about 600 Long Play records. Some of which are original Beatles, Elvis, BB King, Eric Clapton, etc. I obtained my library from my parents, grandmother, uncles and aunts over the years.

Usually just on my phone with Spotify and YouTube. How I get my music is split between TikTok and recommended songs on my playlists on Spotify, once in a while I’ll get a good song from friends

Always with headphones, if it’s not bluetooth headphones on my phone, it’s wired headphones on my laptop. Otherwise I just play the music in the car
