It was, but he had a crush on Lynn and got jealous when she started seeing a teen boy. He made her a rock video too. ALF had asked Kate for advice on how to win someone over but didn't say who, so Kate assumed it was her he had a crush on. Willie laughed at the idea which made Kate mad, then she got upset when she found out the rock video wasn't for her.
