I actually did several MyTakes on this on my old account, and there are several songs I've learned were covers after posting those. But there are some like Zeppelin's "Where The Levee Breaks", that have been changed so much, that I wouldn't even really consider them covers.
"Smooth Criminal" is another one I really. There are TONS, but I'm not gonna list them all, and I honestly can't even remember some of the new ones I found out where covers, but I think this list is pretty much my top.
I can only post so many videos on a question, but I would recommend listening to the originals, if you don't know them.

Some covers aren’t that good. But one I really love is Pretty Woman. I may love the sound of Roy Orbison’s voice, but I love the sound of Eddie Van Halen’s guitar.
