So many companies send such responses but it can take them up to a week or even 2 weeks to get back to people. They send such automated responses because it would be time consuming to respond individually to everyone's application. 8 times out of 10, if you are unsuccessful, they will send an automated response informing you that you were unsuccessful.

My advice don't send anymore applications. 4 is too many.
