I am going to be disappointing and say there is too much angst for me to appreciate. Angst is just another obsession and the same as obsession with money or obsession to reject money or an obsession with rejecting societal norms. Being obsessed over even quite noble ideals is bad.

The song has given me that realization - perhaps not what was intended and it may be deficient of me :) :).

That's a good synopsis of what his songs truly mean.. I guess if I understood French, I could have seen the true meaning or tried to as well... Although, I don't know why he had to kill everybody even still.. 😂.. And in cold blood too.. I'm sure it was symbolic..
